Our Products
At Clark Marine we strive to offer products of only first quality, built by companies managed with integrity.
From entry level to over-stuffed, we stock a wide range of freshwater craft.
Our store shelves are filled with accessories year-round. We work to maintain the most complete service parts department in our market.
Maine boater’s can see our commitment to building our service capacity. Notably, in 2005 we invested$500,000.00 in a 4+ Acre “Service Only” facility. Our dedication to serving our customers goes beyond lip service.
Our 2008 model year Customer Service Index (CSI) is 98.76%
This number is the result of returned questionnaires from 4 engine manufacturers, 4 boat companies and our own in-house follow-up surveys. Responses reflect everything from new boat setup, condition, delivery practices, warranty services, to how our facilities are kept up to whether or not we keep our word. 98.76% is anywhere from 10 to 40 points ahead of national averages.
We are not perfect. On the occasion that we do err, we make corrections on the spot, doing everything we can to turn what is a potentially volatile situation into a positive experience. Folks need to know they will be taken care of if a mishap occurs. In 98.76% of the time our customers leave feeling they made the right decision by trading with Clark Marine.
15 Years of Service Training
Supported by a crew of mature factory trained technicians, Clark Marine is in position to handle all your repair and maintenance needs.
From multiple week off-site service schools to on-line and in-house computer module training, there is a great desire among our employees to participate in educational opportunities.Clark Marine Technicians provide services and repairs from know-how, not guess work. Our training budget for the past three seasons has exceeded a $40,000.00. Where many companies do the talk. we put our money where our mouth is. Proof of this investment hang on our walls in the form of the many certificates earned.
Currently on staff we have 12 Technicians at various levels of Formal Training.
Over the past 15 years we have experienced continual growth. We feel the majority of our success is in direct relation to our service practices. By providing extraordinary customer service (within 24 hour of report dock side service) (3 day or less repair turnover times) (working by your schedule, not ours) (equitable service rates) we have invigorated the one-time discouraged captain and offer boating as a dependable value to a new generation of boat owners.
Community
Giving back to your community is a responsibility, not a donation. Why do we do what we do? Simple- we avidly enjoy the boating lifestyle. We see it as a duty to support clean water groups such as The Friends Of The Cobbossee Watershed, and The Maine Volunteer Lake Monitoring Association. Our favorites include The Maine Special Olympics, The Rotary Club, Local Schools and Churches. Great things are being accomplished through their many programs and we are proud to assist in what small ways we can. We volunteer our time, services and monies supporting clean water efforts and in any way opening avenues to those who, without assistance, would not share in the boating experience.
